WHAT IF YOU REALLY KNEW ME?

Authenticity Over Approval is the unveiling of who you are created to be and deciding to venture bravely into relationships as a whole & unique individual.

I speak to women who feel tired, burned out, frustrated and unappreciated. I bring practical answers to hard questions.

You’ve come to the right speaker if you’ve said to yourself or you hear your friends say:

“I compromised what I believe in to make them happy.”

“I can’t say no, I don’t want to make them mad.”

“If I’m honest about what I’m feeling or what I need, I might hurt their feelings.”

“I regret the choices I’ve made to keep him from rejecting me.”

No more hiding in the shadows of the people around you.

No more wondering if you are good enough.

No more feeling undervalued and unappreciated.

No more feeling small and unseen.

“What If You Really Knew Me?”  A Guide To Living Authentically

When we live to receive the approval of people, we will find ourselves in toxic, unhealthy, controlling and even compromised relationships. We make choices we deeply regret because we don’t want to hurt someone’s feelings. We make dangerous compromises that could have be financially or physically detrimental because I didn’t want to make someone mad.

We wake up one day realizing we are going in the wrong direction and desperately calling out to Siri to recalculate. It feels so much easier, even more familiar and comfortable to say the things other people want to hear, but we are choosing the path of least resistance.

It’s time we get out of our fear of not good enough, take the more challenging route and learn to grow in our authenticity.

In this 2 or 3 day retreat presentation you will discover a new path paved on the foundation of  The Three T’s;

  • TRUST in God
  • Knowing and speaking your TRUTH
  • Claiming your TERRITORY by setting boundaries and knowing what do and don’t control.

    You are not alone.

You will be seen and heard…

    and loved deeply.

Lori has a knack for making abstract topics — such as approval-seeking and people-pleasing — incredibly concrete and practical. She comes up with creative props that make her message memorable long after the meeting is over. Lori is authentic without over-sharing. And she develops great rapport with her audience — she loves to listen before, during, and after speaking … she’s fully present to serve. Most of all, Lori has a heart for women who are hurting and gently points them to the One source of healing.
